Welcome back bakers! In today’s recipe we teach you how to make vegan cookie dough bites. These little peanut butter balls are packed with nutrients and energy. You only need a few ingredients to pull off this easy vegan dessert recipe. You can snack on these easy to make peanut butter balls any time of the day. This guilt-free snack/dessert will impress all of your vegan friends. The best part is that they resemble actual cookie dough. So don’t be scared to try different ingredients and methods to create a common dessert. Once you try these out, you’ll be making them every week.
What you need:
2 cups rolled oats
2 (ripe) bananas
1/3 cup peanut butter (We used HomePlate Peanut Butter)
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1. Mix all of your ingredients together with a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
2. Roll your “cookie dough” into 1 inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Put your vegan cookie dough balls into the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until firm.
4. Store them in the fridge before serving. (You can also store them in the freezer if you would like them to be firmer when eating them. If you prefer a softer and chewy cookie dough ball I suggest storing them in the fridge).
