Today I am sharing a recipe for some delicious vegan cookies. They are super easy to make and much healthier than store bought cookies. If you want to see anymore recipes videos let me know in the comments!
Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
2 Cups of Oats (I used rolled)
1/4 Cup of Flax Seeds
1/4 Cup of Coconut Sugar
1 Cup of Applesauce
1 Spoon of Peanut Butter
About a Cup of Cacao Nibs
5 Dates (pre-soaked in hot water)
1 Spoon of Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup of Almond Milk (or any plant milk of your choice)
First add all the dry ingredients into the food processor.
Followed by the wet ingredients.
Then mix up all the ingredients together excluding the almond milk.
Wait to add that at the end so everything can blend nicely together.
Make sure to preheat the oven to 475 degrees fahrenheit.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes!
