Vegan Carrot Cake Oats

Hi everyone!

This oatmeal is deadly. lt is like eating a rich dessert, so small portions are best, guys.

The recipe is for 4 generous servings. It can be chilled in a sealed container and last for up to a week if you can’t finish it. ( I couldn’t eat more than 2 spoons of it when I made this batch because it has a heaviness like a real carrot cake, and I filmed this video in the morning and did not want to fall asleep from being too full)


One cup of grated carrots
2 cups of water
1/2 cup rolled outs
1/4 cup sweetener of your choice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
Dash of nutmeg
pinch of salt

Whipped coconut cream
syrup to taste

The white stuff in the video is coconut whipped cream that has deflated because it was warm.
