CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL COOKIE DOUGH SLAB
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup vegan butter
1 cup sugar (brown, cane or coconut sugar)
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 cup almond milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 to 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
300g pitted dates
150g almond or cashew or peanut butter
10-12 tbsp water
10 tbsp coconut oil
1 large pinch of salt (add more if you like it)
HEALTHY HOME MADE VEGAN CHOCOLATE:
175g cacao butter
150ml maple syrup
100g raw cacao powder
