Hallo,
today i will show you two versions of Mug-Cake: Vegan/LowCarb and Classic.
I just tried to show how you can replace the ingredients of a classical cake with healthy ingredients. So you can enjoy your cake without remorse.You can also take instead of applesauce 1/2 Banana ( 1Banana =1Egg).

I have used 230ml cups.

The Ingredients for the lowCarb/Vegan Mug-Cake:

2 tablespoons almond milk or any Non-milk
2 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoons applesauce or 1/2 Banana
2 tablespoons maple syrup
—- mix all this ingredients together
2 tablespoons+2 teaspoon powdered almonds
2 tablespoons bakin cacao
1 teaspoon Vanilla
a little bit of salt
¼ tsp baking powder
—- the batter should be not to liquid
optional: rasped dark chocolate

Microwave for 1 minutes 30-45 seconds,. This cake takes a little longer to cook than others

The Ingredients for the classic Mug-Cake:

4 tablespoons Buttermilk or milk
3 tablespoons oil
1 Egg
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1tablespoons+ 1teaspoon Bakingcacao
1 teaspoon Vanilla
a little bit of salt
½ teaspoon baking powder

optional: Marshmallow

Microwave for around 50 seconds till 1 minute. Don’t overcook it.
