Quinoa (Gluten Free & Vegan) Pesto Pizza – This is defiantly one of my new favorites! So flavorful and such an easy quick vegan recipe!
Note: I soaked the quinoa for at least 8 hours before draining and blending. Also In my last recipe video i blended 1/3 cup water in with the quinoa recipe but this time i tried it without and both work just fine.
