  1. Girl I don’t know if I’d call the way you usually eat a standard vegan diet – you eat more carbs than anyone I’ve ever come across! 😄 Excited to see how this turns out, though.

  5. I’m glad you’re doing a video like this. I guess I’m not true “vegetarian”, but I only eat meat once or twice a week. It just grosses me out but I love orange chicken. I hate cooking….but I love to eat! So I LOVE your channel. I’m learning that the carbs you pick make all the difference. Not junk carbs, but mostly healthy carbs. Big diff.

  6. I am vegan and when i want to lower my carbs i make a soup with leafy vegs and root vegs and beans and put noodles in it to make it rich and that fills me up. Instead of eating the usual rice or potatos. And i dont eat tofu i just rely on other beans like lentils and butter beans.

  7. I tried low carb vegan too a few years ago. I never felt so shitty in my life. I couldn’t concentrate for more than 10 minutes at uni and then I had to put all my energy into not falling asleep instead of following the seminar. I still fell asleep btw.
